Where do I begin dropped off my Vehicle @ 12pm it is now 3pm and I have not received any type of update on my vehicle . Everyone that was here prior to me dropping my vehicle off and even people after had there car return and no one has came and told me anything I will def never bring my car here to get serviced again I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t purchase my car here but I don’t care what’s the reason the customer service here is horrible they seem to cater more to people that have more of a professional appearance I feel that being that I have a urban look I was looked over and not paid any attention too . My car is outside parked in the lot I’m not going to go look for anyone to get my car and go on my way … Reason being as customer service you suppose to inform the customer last time I bring my car here ….. I won’t hide behind my email either my name is Henry C Reynoso very dissatisfied with the customer service

Can’t say anything positive about this dealership, brought brand new Tuscan needed car immediately. Salesman nice person had zero knowledge about car, was using web to explain features. But here’s the kicker service department just as bad, no loaner paying for car less than 5k miles with transmission issues. Sadly sounds like a bad start to this purchase. No effort to help other than oh well things happen, we will let you know.
