Well..I live on the North side..there is 2 for sell at the moment..one is on Arawak dr. Last house on the left lime green.
I don't think there are any 3 bedrooms available at this location.. I am also looking for 3 bedroom
The office is located at the entrance of the park..ask for Vyctoria or Samina ..there is one at the end of Arawak dr on the left corner for sell right now..its really nice !! They can help you with everything you need..I live here also on the same street, office opens at 9am. You will love it for sure!!

It goes up ! A month after we moved here which was last June , August it went up and then again! There rules a very strict . Seems but not enough for other people! We have had hell of a time with a few things here! My husband had the backend of his car up on a jack for a day and we got a call to get it down or get it the hell out of here. But down the road a little ways this man has had his truck up on jacks for about two weeks now out in the open working on it! Today cause I’m having trouble getting rid of a living room chair I come home to another slip for removal, they don’t offer any help for to stick in garage cause people around here abused it!
