I was told that the price to pay for the land lot is $530. a month, Is that true? If so would price of lot go up every year? And how much? Planning on getting a trailer and depending on mortgage I can make a decision.

It goes up ! A month after we moved here which was last June , August it went up and then again! There rules a very strict . Seems but not enough for other people! We have had hell of a time with a few things here! My husband had the backend of his car up on a jack for a day and we got a call to get it down or get it the hell out of here. But down the road a little ways this man has had his truck up on jacks for about two weeks now out in the open working on it! Today cause I’m having trouble getting rid of a living room chair I come home to another slip for removal, they don’t offer any help for to stick in garage cause people around here abused it!

It goes up if the town taxes go up.
