Love this place, usually my go to dispo, but from time to time they will short you of what you buy. And they won’t tell you unless you tell them. Make sure to check your double check your items. It’s happened multiple times where I pay for an 8th and don’t get the 3.5 on another note, they have some of the best staff, staff deserves 5 stars

Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here! The only reason I’m writing this review is because of today though. Had a staff member call me about my delivery order, and I asked her if I could tip my driver on my card when it gets here. She told me as of yesterday that’s no longer an option….. what?!? I just went to my local grocery store, bought a bag of chips and pulled out cash. Whoever’s bright idea it was to take away the option to tip the employee that’s doing the job that pays them, shouldn’t be employed. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

I always have a great experience when I come here. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Fox and Brandy took great care of me my last visit, but if I had all the names I would commend the whole staff.

Just amazing! We drove up from Indiana my daughter turned 21 and we went to 6 this was her favorite Look at this flower for $17 8th amazing And prerolls were all 25% off made them like $7 for Gram rolls this place was amazing I've been to the one in cold water and now in Kalamazoo and I am definitely a lifetime customer I love it amazing prices amazing quality the staff was so helpful and so great they made the experience really fun for a 21 year old :)

You clearly don't purchase from them often. They update the menu throughout the day multiple times as products sell out. If you actually place an order online, you won't be wasting anything. Plus, they hold orders for 24hrs. They are high quality, well-priced, and very friendly. Weed is obviously very popular right now, so don't freak out if something isn't in stock.

If they are following laws and guidelines correctly (as I would hope/expect they are), sadly an expired ID probably won't work.

The city of kalamazoo still hasn't not passed recreational sales yet. They vote again in June. There are recreational sales at the Lume locations in Evart, Honor, and Owosso.
