If there was a lower score to give, I would give it to this property! we've had nothing but problems since the day of our lease signing. On the day of our move in, they all of a sudden got a new manager (what should have been a red flag for me) the assistant manager initially let us know that we only had to pay the first month's rent plus the security deposit (this is also in our lease agreement) so on the day of move in, the property manager tries to swindle us into paying for two months rent plus the security deposit, (roughly almost 3 grand) the property does not have any kind of maintenance that knows how to fix anything! twice our property was water damaged because they do not know how to put down splash blocks outside of the building. Kids here are out of control! They are always running into the drive way where you have to go 3 mph! Then there's the noise, now mind you I know an apartment will always have normal sounds of an apartment, but this was literally ratchet every single day! I gave the property manager 7 months of video evidence of our quiet enjoyment being violated, now she gave them a lease violation, but that meant nothing to them. I had to contact the housing authority to rectify the problem (personally that still was not enough) I will not be renewing my lease at this dump! (they do not have a lease breaking clause) STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!
