I had my first experience recently and there were some positives but there was a glaring negative that played a big part in the experience for me. The atmosphere is wonderful- beautiful look and many different things to do across the place. The lanes are well separated between the different parties. The food and drinks were good for what we had got. Service was good and the staff that I talked to were nice and understanding. The arcade is priced reasonably for the most part. The biggest problem I was with the place were the oil conditions on the lane. I had spoke with staff and they had said they weren’t very good about oiling the lanes. It makes it difficult to bowl when the lanes are so dry, any amount of spin on the ball makes it go to the gutter. I’d probably go back if they were to keep their lanes in better condition but it’s about a 35 min drive for me. Overall the experience was okay but the lanes are a huge part of the experience for me. Even though I went during the summer- I would expect a bit more care to be taken for a mainly bowling alley business.

Customer service was AWFUL! The arcade was fun, bowling was fun and we even did pool and of course that was fun too... But through it all, the customer service was such a disappointment! At the ticket counter the girl literally threw the items on the counter at my kids. Then at the check out counter for bowling, tokens, etc. There were more than one but the one that stood out the most was a red hair boy. He acted as if we were a complete nuisance. We spent quite a lot of money to have a good time.... and in all it was fun... no thanks to the workers though.. We won't be back.

The bartender named Chloe was awful. There were only 2 people sitting at the bar and yet it was sticky along the entire bar. She was very slow and not that friendly (took her 5 minutes to even acknowledge my presence) and my drink was awful! How a bartender can mess up a Jaeger Bomb is beyond me. I ordered a White Claw too, asked for a glass of ice to pour it in and was told they didn't do that there. To top it off, I ordered food and it was delivered to the wrong people thus we didn't get our food. As for the lanes, I reserved a lane in their "VIP" room requesting an end lane (denied). There was 1 other group there and they had us right next to each other. I asked to move since there were 4 other lanes open only to get DENIED stating "other people might want a lane in the VIP room". I'm not entirely non social but if there's room for me to have a little space between me and other bowlers, it would be a little more enjoyable for me. The other 4 lanes went unused while we were there. It was my first visit to Revel & Roll...definitely was not impressed. Probably wont go back.

Honestly the worst possible experience for our first visit. We went as a family as the kids had a snow day. We arrived and no one was there except one guy. My ball continued to get stuck at the end of the ally, no one around to help. We got …Hello Carl, we are saddened to hear you didn't have a great experience. Yes it is $5 per person....but I think it's Tuesday that it's half off. Truly a nice place to go...So go and enjoy! I recommend to ALL.
