I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was great, everyone was nice from the ladies to Dr Brown. He explained everything to me from the meds to the services they offer and how to take the medication and what to do while on it and what to expect. Enjoyed the first visit.

IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS I WOULD ! This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever went through with any medical company. Today was my first time at the weight loss clinical center first of all I most definitely want some type of refund for the terrible service I experienced the fact you have to pay first and then once seen you get terrible service is not right I tried Asking Mr.Brown questions in regard to the Phentermine pills trying to ask whats the side effects … does it cause depression etc before me having to take it Mr.BROWN kept RUDELY interrupting me not answering my questions then was rushing me out of the office. As A medical doctor I felt like I did not get treated properly and how Mr.Brown clearly doesn’t care about his patients all he cares about the money most definitely he needs his degree stripped and taken due to lack of information and not wanting to answer questions about health concerns.
