I love most all of my doctors here. Can only give 3 stars though as the billing personnel are not empathetic at all when you ask about bills. They make you jump through hoops to even get a copy of a statement. I always pay my bills but when hit with an unexpected cancelled appointment for a balance I did not know about it would be nice to be treated somewhat kindly and given an opportunity to look over what I am being asked to pay for. Instead of talking to me about the balance they interrupted my questions and said what do you want to do about this. I am sure they deal with some rude people but I was not one of those and I’d not deserve to be treated as if I were. I hope the calls are truly recorded and listened to. The staff should be trained to treat people better and with courtesy.

Shady billing practices, BEWARE! Everytime I go, there is more money owed. Given an out of pocket estimate on front end, which was paid. Now they want THOUSANDS more. Oh, and if I didn’t have insurance and paid cash, I would get a 20% discount (per billing dept). So having insurance makes me pay more. Called billing, they are defensive right when they answer the phone, so apparently this happens a lot. My recommendation, find a different place to be seen! Or say you are cash paying.

Avoid this place at all costs, they over bill and only care about money. About a year ago they canceled my appointment the week of because the doctor was going on vacation, I requested an appt for that same day for a female NP because I had a women's health concern, I was told only males were available but they could provide all the same care and treatment for those concerns. The day of he told me he had to schedule me with a female NP. I was then double billed for diagnosing the one issue. Both NPs were kind, but their billing dept is abysmal and so rude. My complaint through the BBB was also ignored. Something isn't right here.

Most of the time you are taken in right on time for your appointments.
