This 1 star is for the Latina phlebotomist that turned me away when I was just trying to get my hemoglobin checked so I wouldn’t have to go to emergency room which is what I ended up having to do after she rejected care although there weren’t any patients waiting. All of the other staff are great. Their review is on the Oak creek site. I hope that she grows some compassion and for further reference, normal hemoglobin is 12, transfuse at 7 and mines was a 6, and stroke at 4 and she turned me away , endangering so many lives because I had to drive around for over a week before a knowledgeable Nurse intercepted my information, reviewed my chart and got the order done. Thanks to the caring nurse that listened and saved my life so that I can care for my sons.

The Dr. specifically told my mom to come by for a walkin visit on a certain day. We show up and are told the Dr. Is not in today. This is after my mom saw him walk in. So I drove from Nashville to Woodbury and back to Murfreesboro to bring her. They have no patient service. It is all about quantity not quality.
Positivity eradicates Negativity
The care here was very fast. The wait time was no longer than 2 minutes once I completed the sign in process which took about 5 minutes. They are very organized and a family oriented facility. However when I approached the lady at the front desk, she was very short with me because I was 5 minutes late to my appointment. When I went back up to the desk to let her know I didn’t know which address was on file for me, she said that she thinks they will have to re-schedule my appointment, but luckily they didn’t. I would say the area of improvement would solely be for the workers in the front. They could be more forthcoming and warm.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, may appear like a bad cold to adults. For infants or young children, RSV can cause bronchiolitis -- a virus which causes swelling and an increase in mucus in the airway. This can cause difficulty breathing through their nose and eventually dehydration due to difficulty latching to the breast or bottle for infants. Other symptoms of RSV may include a fever or a very wet sounding cough, which can turn into coughing fits. Those coughing fits can cause a child to gag and potentially vomit.
