The staff are hard working, conscious of the circumstances of unemployed clients, and they are responsive according to available resources and individual circumstances. There are encouraging active programs engaging individuals to find work on a progressive schedule. The waiting room is not as pleasurable as an airport terminal. There is a large screen television that remains on and it is very audible. If you are a out of work college student trying to kill time studying, that distraction might be a problem. Otherwise, people are not able to do much else in the waiting except wait and keep their children in check. If you wish to read a book or journal that television may challenge your concentration and focus. Certain clients may have the option to use the computer and other resources in the building for their job search.

Dull waiting room. Be prepared to wait even with an appointment letter. Looks like the place can use a thorough cleaning.
