How very upsetting, if anyone calls for help I do believe it is the Florida center I called for the correct extensions I reached. A Kathleen, asked me to go ahead to another facility before I even finished my sentence. Kathleen continued to make Excuses letting me know before I had even asked a question that it was too she was in a busy busy frantic state and had other things to do besides help a patient try to enter their program

Black mold throughout facility on top of if your bilingual your not allowed to speak your second language. Was told "This is America speak English" . Wrote a grievance on a staff member who made a prejudice remark nothing was done. I find it odd I can't exercise my 1st amendment right for my ancestors were pillaged so I can be discriminated against. First treatment center where I was told couldn't speak native tongue. Worst experience ever. Kitchen staff great though and bilingual wouldn't you know.

When they receive their "blue dot" meaning they have passed the 30 day review. It has to be at least 30 days. Once they pass that review, they can have one call per day. Mail is allowed from day one. In fact, mail is encouraged. Visits are on Saturdays, after the 30 days.
