Foster City Public Library is large,modern,fine and valuable.It is a reader’s paradise :) It is digital for self check outs and can have easy returns on due dates plus one can also access it online with a library card.The librarian Devon was very polite and courteous and introduced me to the way,the library functions,what can I and my son expect as new members to the library.

Nice building; noisy people. Staff, readers, adults, teenagers, kids. All talking loudly as if this is a theme park. I already put on my headphones and tune the music to the loudest. Still can hear their screaming and laughing. Worst reading experience ever.

Library is very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Counter Ladies helped me in making library card in few minutes and informing me about how library works. Nice place to sit and read books, free wifi, you can also borrow books and take home without any charge for 21 days, you can search book online and put it on hold also. Overall its very nice and tidy place. Thank-you.

We visited this library today for the first time and we're pleasantly surprised by it. It was very clean and the books in the children's area were well maintained. I liked the coding system on the children's book spines such as "emotions", "stories" or "concepts" etc. This helped me find books quickly that might appeal to my little one. I love the high tech check-in and check-out system (maybe all libraries have this these days, it has been so long since I visited one!) The wall of flyers for upcoming community events is convenient too.
