Yes. You do have to get a membership card, but all you have to do is show your ID. I was never asked anything about income.

Generally Yes (income based application may need to be filled out annually).
Most food items here are sold in bulk, but can also be sold individually. I dont usually buy the whole case of whatever, but its nice to have the option for foods your family eats a lot of.
You never know what you will find. There is a truck and that comes on Tues, but they only have so much room to put things out. So they put out produce as they have the room and refrigerate the rest
