Sheila was a rockstar!! She was very patient and tentative to what my mother wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure things were satisfactory. She made the experience so easy that we returned a couple of hours later to purchase another set. We worked with Dyonna on the second purchase she too was a joy to work with. We ran into a issue about scheduling the deliveries. The Manager Mike acted as if it was a headache to talk to us and was very dismissive without hearing her out. Customer service is a dying art and it’s actions like Mike’s that make it an issue where people prefer to shop online. Again Sheila was a rockstar and Dyonna awesome. Thanks guys!!!

Donald was a delight to work with in showing me around the store. I finalized my decision to go with the set I saw online. The Cindy Crawford selection is breathtaking and although other models were displayed; however this particular bedroom set is quite extravagant. Finally, I was able to walk away as a highly satisfied customer. I recommend that you visit the McDonough store and ask for Donald because he believes in sharing the facts and that’s service customers really need.
