Terrible! They overreacted to my being in their office with my hand gun on me. I have a right to carry so I do. I never know when there's going to be a human over react again. This is a common problem now days. I will just go to my Dr. I HAVE GONE TO FOR 39 YEARS. YOU PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS! LIARS

DO NOT GO HERE ! These ignorant people sent a balance to collections with NO NOTICE. Mind you I gave them insurance information so there shouldn’t have been any reason. When you call the billing department the lady is so rude and sarcastic and says well there’s no proof you didn’t get the notice I said well where was it sent to and she recites an ADDRESS that’s not mine ! The address isn’t even where my insurance is registered too If mail was sent back to your office common sense would say hey let’s call this customer to make sure they are aware ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE

My mother was treated with such kindness and compassion from the beginning to the end of her visit. We got results for blood work and x-rays during the visit! I was so touched by both Tiffany and Serwah. They were clear, patient and comforting! This type of service deserves recognition! Thank you ladies and staff!

My Insurance company was charged. They did a Great job for me and my son.
They do at the McDonough location. On weekends they only take 25 patients, On weekdays they see 50. Plan to be there 3 hours prior to opening to wait in line to guarantee a spot. I was 2 hours and 20 minutes early on a Tuesday and was #33.
For the swab test is same day results. Be prepared to wait along time. I was there 2 1/2 before I was called to be swabbed. Then I waited a little over an hour for the results. Friendly place to go. Just be prepared to wait as they are extremely busy.
Everywhere is a three hour wait with covid right now...Be thankful they stay open till 6:00
Be ready for an extended wait if you walk in. They have been severely under staffed for months.
I have been a patient with Family Medical for quite sometime. The wait time is long but I realized as they are treating me they try to be thorough as possible and try to give you quality service. I grown to know the entire staff and they treat me like family. I normally bring my laptop and listen to music on my phone while passing the time writing a book of my life and the memory of my late son. Just do something to occupy the time and relaxes you.
