Trash customer service and lazy delivery drivers

After filling out all necessary paperwork and providing proof of income, the washer and dryer set which was promised, on 3 different days, we ended up going to pick the set up. Upon entering the store, the employee we were dealing with, when confronted with the promises made....due to the missed deliveries, instantly became combative, rude and insulting. The Manager did very little to diffuse the situation. If you would like to pay for or experience the worst customer service, make sure you stop in and see the folks there.

Visited the store this week. Had some amazing deals. Plenty of washers and dryers. Staff was very helpful when I was asking about 4 or 6 month same as cash items. Go check out their great deals.
