Very bad experience with the receptionists who speak Spanish, I asked for information and they did not answer, I called three times, the first receptionist answered asked me for my basic information and I thought she would help me but she did not, she was very pedantic, very rude when answering and only He kept my information and the call was cut, the second receptionist did not want to answer and I explained to him that it was the second time he called and that if he could help me give information on the results and he switched me to another call and when someone else answered, That person spoke English and I asked to speak to someone who speaks Spanish and I cut off the call, that was very rude of them, many patients do not speak English, and that is why they ask to speak to someone who speaks Spanish, I think they should hire people who They are trained for patient care, so they can respond politely and patiently.
