Honestly not sure. So many different festivals n shows here. Idk if u have to check with the company sponsoring the event or the county. I would call the city hall possibly. They might know.

Haven't seen any mushroom stalls or vendors, but they change from week to week, so they have had them when we weren't there.

The closest to downtown that I personally will fish is Arlington. There are some really good spots on just the other side of the ditch from downtown in the Arlington area off of University Boulevard. There are even some spots down the first couple of roads off University right by where the Arlington Expressway starts to go over the water.
