The food at this location is great, and for the most part the staff is kind and respectful, with the exception of Stacy, she is loud, rude and disrespectful. When customers walks in, they should feel welcome and should be able enjoy their meal instead you are met with screaming and confusion. Stacy many time stated very loudly how she hates her job, how she wants to drink on the job, how someone should take her away or shoot her because she is so miserable, and how the cook was hangover. I understand that long waits is part of the new normal now, but it makes it much more unpleasant to wait in this type of environment.

We've been ordering from mezaluna for almost 3 years now. We like their pizza although the quality can be inconsistent sometimes. Some orders have been better than others and they lack good customer service. However, this last order was horrendous. We ordered a cheese pizza and it tasted like they poured salt on it. Not just that it was a little salty, no, it was like the salt spilled into the sauce and they decided to use it anyway! We called to let them know and they offered no compensation other than for us to drive the pizza back to them and they would remake it. We couldn't possibly be the only ones to have made this complaint Thursday night, September 8th, 2022. Yet, they acted as if we were. We weren't about to take the pizza back and wait for another. Due to there seemingly lack of concern for their customers and quality of service, this will be the last time we go to this establishment. In the future, offer a raincheck or to reimburse your customers. Offer to deliver a new pizza. We understand mistakes are made but own up to them and offer to make compensation.
