Exceptional! I did not have to wait long they called me and right away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The work area is very clean. Bottom line if the staff likes working there obviously they're doing something right!

Please have your schedulers trained with phone ethics, knowledge about the tests and breast conditions, politeness, and caring. Some of them are RUDE!. I am respectful about how difficult it is to work with the public, but your schedulers are the 1st step of ANY appointment with your imaging center.

Call them up and request a copy of the report. If it's been more than 10 days you should be able to go to them and pick up a copy of the report.
Sure. Simply call the imaging center and ask for portal access. You get the MRI pictures and written analysis. Awesome!
