Back in 2014 I had went to her office to be seen and made appointment to see dr sharrell Cooper. I end up went to hospital had surgery down in st Augustine Florida which I lived in Palm Coast. Then I made another appointment to be seen her dr Sharrell Cooper.im was told she was on paternity leave and the office worker had told me she will be back and I can make appointment to see her. So, I did…the receptionist said she haven’t been back yet and she cannot take my appointment. Then I waited for this receptionist to call me back when dr Cooper back in office.I have not heard nothing. Then I went saw the nurse practitioner Laura Solane. She had told me she love to take care of me and now she is no longer there. I had called the dr Cooper office . The receptionist said contact the office until beginning year since I been doing back 2019. I had called today I’m no longer able see her . I do NOT want to go back to my Wisconsin primary doctor that I had for 16 years. I had did and he was NOT too happy because I don’t have one.

Dr. Cooper was so kind and personable, yet professional. I never felt rushed and I felt like she sincerely cared.

I am hesitant to criticize the doctor, but feel she should be held accountable for her office. As an established patient, it is still extremely difficult to connect with this provider. The office's standard response to the inability to provide a timely appointment is "go to a walk-in clinic". Reggretably, my wife and I will be searching for more reliable care.

The AdventHealth website states Dr. Cooper is accepting new patients, she is not. I received a call from her office after I was able to book an appointment online as a new patient and was not honored the appointment that the website allowed me to make. Palm Coast needs more quality Primary Care Physicians and Pediatricians in the AdventHealth Group that are accepting new patients.
