I am not someone who goes to the nail salon often but I went here because my wedding was coming up and I wanted some cute nails! Naturally though, I had some questions. Both the lady who did my pedicure and the man who prepped my nails were seemingly annoyed with my questions, disengaged and sometimes rude. They kept just telling me a short answer and saying I needed to choose. I felt super rushed and not heard that I almost left. The woman who actually did the gel tips was kind and acknowledged that it was my first time getting this type of nail treatment so she said she’ll make them look natural. I appreciated her kindness because the others almost brought me to tears with their passive aggressive tone. However, I wasn’t pleased with the shape and consistency of the nails that I did get and ultimately went to a different salon to get them fixed, which they did kindly. I actually chose to go to a different salon to get them fixed because when I called this salon to tell them what I might like changed before the wedding (at the time I just thought only a slight design change) I was met with a long pause of silence, annoyed responses and rude statements. This same man who answers the phone also asked me upon leaving the salon “where are your other friends for the wedding? Usually we have not just one person coming in by themselves - are you getting married alone?” - I realize this was supposed to be said in a joking manner but with the tone of the whole experience it was a not so fun cherry on top. I’m glad other people had good experiences at this shop but I will say - if you’re new to getting your nails done, don’t go here, they seemed to be way more annoyed with me than helpful.

I just got my nails done for the Fourth of July, and they went above and beyond. A lot of places I’ve gone to have used stickers as designs, and while that looks great too, this place really does the art that you ask for! Honestly, what I got was better than the picture showed. This was my 4th time going, and by no means my last time.
