I contracted Ram Jack to perform work to include repairing surface cracking on my driveway and fill voids under the driveway. Prior to the job started, I interacted with 3-4 persons (from the initial estimate to scheduling the job). The "installer" was knowledgeable and kept me aware as each portion of the job was completed and walked me through the job at the end to ensure my satisfaction. Then, after it rained for 4 days following the repair, I noticed the crack repair was disturbed/removed in several places. This initiated a series of calls and visits that resulted in a completed job that I am well pleased with. My experience let me know that Ram Jack is vested in achieving customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Ram Jack and would certainly call on the company again if I needed its services.
