Lancaster Cupcakes has the best cupcakes in the area! We used Lancaster Cupcake for the desserts for our wedding and they turned out spectacularly! They made the process really simple and straightforward, they delivered directly to our venue, and provided enough cake stands for us. All of our guests absolutely loved the flavors that we chose. Thank you so much for making our day a little sweeter!

Beautiful beautiful venue!! I threw my best friend a bridal shower. I give it 3.5 starts. The staff was friendly and helpful but the whole place was dirty and sticky. They told us we can arrive 30 minutes before our event to set up which is perfect you don’t need more than that. But when we arrive there we’re happy birthday signs everywhere the counters, tables, chairs, and the floors where covered with food crumbs and sticky stuff. We the sticky stuff up as much as we could. The company didn’t clean up the night before after the birthday party and didn’t arrive before 10:30 to clean and make sure the venue was ready for the next party. When you use the venue they charge you over $100 clean up fee so I was just annoyed that we had to to use our set up time to clean up after the party from the night before. And if they only do trash after the party the cleanliness should be party of the company’s values.

Let me start by saying, their cupcakes are indeed great, which is why I was trying to place a large order for cupcakes and macaroons recently online for a bridal shower. It was unfortunate that on checkout the form worked "backwards" for filling in information and then would not process appropriately. I tried no less than 5 times (I know the definition of insanity -- doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.). I had more than one set of eyes on this too. It was inexplicable to me. I decided to call to place the order. I explained that I had tried ordering via the website multiple times, but it was not working as expected. The salesperson (I won't mention her name), said they were very busy, and I should order via the website. My friend saw the look on my face because I know when I have a person who is NOT listening this is going to go down a bad path. I said, "I did try the website FIRST, several times and it is not working correctly. I need to place an order for a bridal shower." I was again greeted by "we're too busy and you can come in person and order." I realize the conversation has to end here because she is making assumptions as if I am a short 10 minutes away with gas prices at $4.39/gallon JUST to place an order or the other option was I could call back tomorrow. The issue I have with this is when businesses think their time is more valuable than my own. I simply concluded the conversation with "I'll call tomorrow." What I ended up doing was seeking another vendor that is an equivalent in quality and price and resulted in placing my order with ease. At this point, I'm uncertain if I'll ever consider using them again for any event -- personal or business. I know how shorthanded all businesses are these days as well as finding good staff. This encounter just left me shaking my head because the viable solutions were to simply take the order OR a phone number to call me back would have been so much better. Good luck and I certainly hope no one else has this same experience because their cupcakes are quite good. But, just like high class restaurants, if the service is lacking, it ends up leaving a bad taste in one's mouth regardless of the quality of the food.
