I'll start off by saying that while unfortunately my computers issues were unable to be fixed due to some situation out of everyone's control, I still cannot praise the work and kindness of everyone working there enough. They were communicative, helped give me options of what to do, were kind and the service was wonderful. Even though my computer wasn't able to be fixed we still discussed future options for it and everything was clear and able to be understood. They were fantastic!

Please have your make and model number of the fire tablet, and if the part is available, then there is a very likely chance it can be done. 🤙 I cannot promise or speak for the other technicians, as I am just a software specialist, and I know certain devices can be simply too complicated to be done. However, the skills of these techs are otherworldly from personal experience 📱

Yes we do, we would need to look over the device to determine if it was repairable. We would also need the model/part number. If you bring the device in we can give you a better idea of the price and time to complete the project.
We can get them out, however we cannot guarantee that the disc drive will work or isn't damaged due to this.
Sounds like it is boot looping. Usually that is either battery or logic board related. We can change the battery if that is the issue. If it is board related not much we can do. Best to bring it in for trouble shoot is you like. Thanks.

They fix cellphones so depending on what is wrong with your phone I am sure they could fix it.
Around $275, plus tax. This price includes parts and labor, most of the cost being on the actual part. Keep in mind that Samsung parts in general are VERY expensive, especially on newer devices, not to mention how increasingly difficult newer devices are to take apart nowadays. I hope this helps.
