Very upset with company. ordered product and was told would be available to pick up in a week, but 3 weeks to get it delivered. So waited two weeks and was going to go pick up. Never got call saying it arrived. Finally called to see if available to pick up and was told they did not even have it yet. It would be in in 5 days. Okay. Called 4 days later to confirm availablity and was told it will not be there for another week OR SO! If they could get someone to drive it to them from warehouse!! But I could cancel if I wanted to. (knowing that I would have to wait for another store to get product in.) Things were scheduled around this product being in and now all they are doing is playing around!

LH Brubaker on Strasburg Pike was a vendor of a home builder that we used. Their service department had some of the worst customer service that my wife and I have ever dealt with. From the beginning we were not impressed with the lack of knowledge/ selection of appliances that they had to offer. We gave their business far over what we were quoted through our builder. Our sales rep ended up ordering one incorrect appliance which led to a chain of unproductive emails and phone calls with their sales team and management. Management was not accommodating to us as the customer and called my wife a liar on the phone. When issues and concerns were brought to their attention we felt like they were swept under the rug and we would wait for a return phone call or email for weeks. We were understanding that in today's consumer market, it is difficult to order and retain products. However, when we were given ridiculous wait times for many of our appliances well after we were settled into our home, we were able to find the exact same appliances through another vendor without spending more money. Giving LH Brubaker our business ended up being the most stressful and unorganized experience of our entire building process. We have heard similar stories from other people as well. We would highly recommend that if you are considering purchasing appliances, you save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
