- difficult to concentrate if you're there to study/do something quietly. if you go outside people think it's ok to be loud and listen to music -there are high school kids that go there regularly and are loud and inconsiderate of other people working -there are homeless people hanging out in there/sleeping -there was once a yt guy in there being obnoxiously loud...laughing and walking around as if trying to intimidate someone. i don't know if he's a regular there -there are not many outlets in the center of the study tables. you need to be there when there before someone wins the outlets next to the walls (upstairs) -there are outlets in the downstairs tables, but if you don't want anyone else to sit with you, then bad luck -the staff is friendly except the one with the puzzle tattoo. she looks like someone's forcing her to be there -PGPL is much more safer and quiet if that's what you need

There's outside seating on the second floor. This is a great quiet spot to study and soak up some sunshine. There's lots of history to garner from within these walls.
