I have an gen 4 iPod that has been a faithful product for a lot of years. Today, while listening to an audio book, I tried to turn it off, and found that all controls are nonfunctional. Can you help? The lockout button is in unlocked position.

Sounds like a switch button problem Tracy can find it and fix it anytime anywhere but it's easier to do it in her shop. Send her a message directly. Or check store hours.
