We love this hotel. The room is perfectly designed to feel homey. The bed was so comfortable. Danielle at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming to us.

Room was nice and clean! Only disappointment was the website showed the pool as an amenity and when we arrived staff said it’s been out of order for sometime. Kids were looking forward to that. Also, you can’t serve yourself breakfast. They still have everything blocked off and you get served by the hotel staff. 2 small pieces of bacon and a little scoop of eggs. That was also disappointing. Ended up going to Dunkin for breakfast. Corporate should lift the Covid restrictions. Your competitors across the street has it together…no restrictions and open pool!

The new accommodations of this property are outstanding! The gym is one of my favorites! The location makes dining and travel easy! Absolutely love this hotel!

This hotel is beautiful. Loved the modern look in the hotel . The rooms were beautiful and clean. The complimentary breakfast they offer is phenomenal . It offered every possible breakfast treat possible. It was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel. It is in a Great location to Sturbridge Village also. Great restaurants also in the vicinity.
