Loved the stay. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Stay over for buisness so didnt have much time to explore the area.

Positive: The breakfast had a nice variety and was constantly maintained by pleasant staff! Negative: The water was so heavily chlorinated it was unpleasant to drink or brush teeth with, etc. We realize this may be beyond the hotel's control, but a source of unchlorinated water with which to fill water bottles, etc. would have been nice!

I was there the weekend of the 21st of May. We booked 2 rooms through the Hilton app and when we got there they had only one room. So we asked for a refund for the difference of one room. The manager said we would get it within 3 to 4 days. It's now over a week and still waiting. Good luck getting the manager. The front desk people that were there said he was away for the weekend but of course, he was in the office. Smh! Place is nice but the staff that weekend should get trained to be more hospitable. Never going there again. Hopefully, my son can get his money back!
