You do have to put up with a lot of things like payments not being taken and put off then expecting it the week after if going once a week for example. They don't like giving receipts because its too much work at times (not really obviously) so if you don't need a receipt then you can pay...at times. They do go above and beyond to get you admitted. Couldn't get take homes because I did not have a counselor because they constantly have a quick turnover of staff so that impacts the stability of your treatment if you are serious. I just recommend asking for a specific counselor that you find that has been there for some time. It is what you make of it, like everything else.

I have a question I’m planning to move from New York to Springfield MA. I plan on transferring to your clinic but I currently have a once a week pickup schedule will that transfer over with me or will I have to start from beginning again having to go dose daily.

If you ask for a dose review they can accommodate you if they see the need. It is what you make of it, like anything else.
You go in with an ID and insurance card (if u have it) if not they can still run it if its masshealth possibly other private insurance too. Then they set up an appt for you to come back usually in 1 - 2 weeks, thats a 2 hour appt so beware. After that give you 1 more appt for the very next morning usually around 6am or 7am but you have to be SICK to meet with the doctor(he is only there M,W &F until 9am) within 15 min or so (after you meet with the doctor) you will get your first dose. Good luck.
Anyone who wishes to receive care at our Comprehensive Treatment Center can walk in or call to set up an evaluation. You should come to this appointment with: - A valid photo ID that verifies your residence - Proof of prescription medications, if applicable - Insurance information Each patient must be age 18 or older, opioid-dependent for one year or longer, and at least 20 hours removed from last using opioids.
Yes, we offer both individual and group counseling.
Our clinic typically accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial Insurance and Self-Pay. Please give us a call for further information.
If you've already done all your intake appointmentsband you are showing up for your appointment day when u see the doctor and are going to get your first dose then you'll be given an appt time for that day so you gotta arrive for your appt time and not just come in when they first open. Plus the Dr is not there right when they first open, he comes in a bit later. After you have that specific appt and get your 1st dose, THEN you can show up on day 2 and every day after at whatever time you want btwn 6a-1p (unless you're approved for early dose). But on the day of that 1st dosing appt when u see the Dr & he sets your starting dose & all that- they try to make it as early in the AM as possible anyways bc they know you'll be in withdraw to start dosing and know that you wanna be dosed asap! Try to dose at the same time every day for the first 3 months to keep your methadone most routine.
You might want to try calling and asking again bc now that we've changed locations to s bigger building they were supposed to be staying a Suboxone program at this new facility. You see the same Dr as the clients do for Methadone, but it's a diff program obviously. It may be running already or it may not, but they might be able to tell you when they start...*if* they are still going to be running a Sub program. The new location is relatively new as they moved on July 15, 2019... So some things have taken time to get off the ground there. If they are not offering Suboxone see the facility it's still worth making the call bc I'm pretty for the Dr there prescribes Suboxone outside of the facility and they could prob point you in be the right direction to become a patient of his. If that fails then I recommend Clean Slate, it's a Suboxone program and they have multiple sites in the valley. I personally only know of the West Springfield & Greenfield locations but there's likely more.
