It was nice at first but then this lady started stalking me, coming over to see if I had people there, threatened to kick me out constantly. I decided to leave and she put it as evicted. Now my record is bad.

I've been living in Skyview Downtown ( formerly Chestnut Park ), old management, for 25 years and I love it! The renovations are wonderful and the new management has always been kind and understanding.

Unprofessional at its finest . Let’s not get on how they are insensitive and rude and I felt like I was being stalked while living here. They constantly threatened me multiple time to kick me out due to retaliation because they don’t like how I said I felt like I was walking on egg shells in my own apartment. They do discriminate let’s not even talk about how there is barely black people in the building , they need new management. Let’s no get into how I asked for locks to be changed due to safety reasons and they called the person I wanted the locks changed from. Causes so much commotion in my life. DO NOT MOVE HERE MELODY AND HER CREW DISGUSTED ME WITH HOW THEY TREATED ME AND MY PPL

I do not understand what is wrong with the management of this apartment complex. About 7 months ago I sent a request and I still don't know if they received it, because they haven't answered me. I have sent 3 emails to a certain Ashley Rosado and nothing that responds to me. They changed administration and remodeled them, but they are still just as irresponsible. And to top it off, they ask you for 6 "statements" from your bank account. Incredible but true. For its poor management I give it 1 star.

Questions & Answers

I have been on waiting list for over 3 years. I update my info every 6 months. I have left several messages and nobody returns calls. I literally have to go to office to get any info. When I applied they told me wait was a year to a year and a half.
