If you love carousels, this is the place to visit. A stunning collection of carousel horses. Every staff member that I met was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a stop at this museum.

I don't know that they do tours. You walk through at your own pace looking at the horses. They do do events though and they are open during the week.
Yes, I think there is a lot for a 3 and a 1/2 year old to look at in the main part of the museum. Plus, there is a child friendly area with an actual small Carousel for kids of all ages to ride on.
