You are shopping at a warehouse that sells many refurbished items without any warranty. I was shopping there for a Frigidaire dishwasher but I bought it at Home Depot, new, not refurbished, with a warranty for the same price!

They sold it...something happened ,maybe in shipping, banged it...it didn't work...they fixed it and are reselling it. It could have been just opened and sent back or it didn't work...get the warranty!

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.

You have to call them 20 times for them to pick up the phone. The usually only have two people working at a time and they are usually busy! They don't have a good management.
