This rest stop is on the way to Mt.Shasta. Beautiful location to take a stop and stretch legs and may be grab a bite or two. The restrooms were clean, no vending machines. Lot of parking spots. Lots of picnic benches, areas for your pets.

Nice views. Big lot. Shade. My favorite rest area. Dog are is poor though with overflown poop bags

Fantastic rest stop. Beautiful surroundings that are well maintained, and multiple restrooms to choose from. A great place to stop for a road trip picnic, with many benches and a river side setting. You could almost forget it’s a rest area!

One of the nicest rest stops I have been to. Information center, clean restrooms, picnic tables, viewing points along the river, dog walk area and large areas of grass and trees.

Yes, but technically dogs aren't allowed to do their business on the grassy areas. They have a pet area across the parking lot.
