You're not supposed to, but I see people do it.
You cant stay the night. You can sleep for a few + hours. I'm not saying people don't stay overnight.
You can sleep overnight, you cannot camp. (Set up a tent, fires ect) when truck drivers run out of regulated hours the must take a 10 hr break .
What everyone else is saying. I've never been rousted at a rest area anywhere when I travel.
Like most rest areas, you can sleep for a few hours if you need to get off of the road right away. They encourage that so you don't fall asleep behind the wheel. They discourage people from staying all night by posting signs, but I don't think there's anyone that watches the amount of time people stay.... especially at night. Hope that helps! 😊
