I am most happy to provide a 5 star rating. The desk staff was very friendly and professional. The entire place is spotless clean. Rooms are well equipped with Refig with small freezer. Micowave, Nice comfortable chair, small desk. In our case my partner required a handicap room. It was well located close to the breakfast room. I so appreciated the luggage carts available in the entry to help me unload our things to the room. Bed was very comfortable not to hard and again spotless. The breakfast in the morning was the nicest we had on our three day trip. Bacon, eggs, lots of fresh fruit choices even waffles you make on the spot. A treat! I have never stayed in a Comfort Inn before but this particular one will always be our first choice. If all Comfort Inns are this nice then we are on. We stayed in a Best Western in Stockton Calif that was the worst experience we have ever encountered. . So travelers please beware of that one! The "Rest of the Story" for Best Western Stockton Calif is coming for a 0 star rating for my next review.

This Comfort Inn is average not my favorite, rooms need upgraded,breakfast was not impressive and why must you put green/red peppers in ALL your omelets?? Not every one likes peppers including me! Make some without it's pretty simple! Very limited parking.The plus side is there are plenty of restaurants withing walking distance as far as parking it's limited.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Very, very nice. The room was very clean and was great looking, the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice and enjoyed chatting with other guests. I stayed 4 nights and it was really great. I highly recommend this hotel.

I called the hotel ahead of time if it would be okay for me to check in late after 12am and the man on the phone had confirmed that it was acceptable. I had showed up late around 3AM & I’m driving 10+ hours to get to this hotel for a family funeral for the next day. As I’m checking in the lady denies me a room and tells me that it’s too late to check in because the last call was at 1am. As much as I tried to reason with her that her manager said it was fine to check in later past 12AM, I was still denied. So sad that I couldn’t get a refund with them or Priceline. I just want to leave this review on google and let others know of how my experience was. Very poor customer service. I do notice this hotel has 2 stars on Priceline, so I’m not surprised to see hotel guest are also disappointed like me.
