The General manager was very rude as she would not help resolve the reservation issue I had. She did not attempt to be customer service oriented as I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member and have stayed at numerous Hilton hotels. I have always had good service in the past. She would not compromise to resolve the issue and charged me for a room that my husband was not allowed to check into although he is a member also. I did not raise my voice at her during our conversation as she told me she wasn’t going to help me and hung up on me.

Edit. I got an email back stating I was given the hospital rate discount which wasn't true. And the dirtiness and filth wasn't addressed in addition the lazy staff was also not addressed. In any case think twice when staying at this hotel. Medford has beautiful hotel options that are worth the rate. Very dirty. They also refuse to clean. They don't even clean the rooms. The other thing was that I bought my room a month ago in preparation for my mom's surgery. I had the military discount but when I got their they didn't approve it even though I had my military id. Then they tasted on an extra 93 dollars. This hotel is also not in the best area.

Such a nice place to recoup after minor surgery. They gave me a discount for my hospital stay! I couldn’t get into The Providence House as it was booked. Very clean and well decorated. The free breakfast was well stocked and maintained through out the 10:00 cut off time. Close to great stores. Barns and Noble being close. Food for less is across the street. And lots of restaurants and several parks. Only ding was hot tub was down. Oh and the beds and pillows were so very comfy. Will recommend as a good choice.

This is one of the best values for a hotel in Medford. The rooms are new enough and not as small as some other hotels in the area. The pool and hot tub are nothing special however not gross. I'm a big fan of the location, you have a good grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. There is a dairy queen that takes 1 minute to walk to from your room. I'm picky about hotels and this one is good enough to be comfortable for me.
