Very disappointed in our visit this evening! About half of the machines were down and some of the ones that were working were SUPER soft. By the time we checked out, our ice cream was like soup. While we were sitting eating our $50 order, the employee came around and asked us to leave. She went table to table saying, "it's 10 minutes to close so I need to ask you to leave so we can clean up." It was super frustrating because we could have easily finished, cleaned up our mess and left before they actually closed. Even my kids were turned off by that and asked for us never to go back.

Took my grandson here after school. I had no idea there were so many flavor choices of the frozen yogurt AND the toppings!

Walking in they only had 5 flavors and the rest was out of order and turned off for the night, they close at 8 and it was 5pm. The woman working there was pre closing the whole place shutting things down taking things away and cleaning the machines so there was hardly no yogurt. The tables outside and the counters inside were absolutely disgusting. Shame there is no other place to go on Medford, but I will not be coming back here regardless unless there is some change.
