I came in for bronzer and I trusted the sales person to direct me to what was right for me and they had nothing in the store or In My shade. She managed to find something in my shade eventually. I got home and tried on the product and came to the realization that she sold me highlighter instead. Will return because this wasn’t what I needed. Update- went to exchange for the correct product and the $10 off I got was not transferred to my correct product. Terrible customer service and I lost $10 dollars on a product I didn’t even want in the first place. Please properly train your employees on product and educate them on store processes so they can properly assist customers. Will not be shopping here again due to lack of customer service training and product knowledge of employees in addition to lack of stock.
