Carlos was professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with when we went in to purchase a new Weber gas grill! We needed to order it but he reassured us that it would be in within a couple weeks. To our surprise, it came in promptly and was delivered and set up by Mr. Weber. There was some confusion about the type of grates that were supposed to come with the Genesis II E-335, but Mr. Weber solved the issue before leaving! All were so very pleasant and courteous!
