I used to love this place. Last cleaning I had I was basically water boarded and so fast it did nothing. I still have plaque behind my teeth. I get it’s a teaching place but we should be able to critique the jobs so they learn better skills

Hello.. Everyone Doctor Venigalla is the best dentist I’ve had & seen, his very caring & understands your concerning. Takes time to listen to patients very gentle in doing treatment, knowledgeable, good chair side manners & his very professional . I feel very welcome & comfortable I’ve had problems in the past w/ previous dentist I was super scared to return to take care of my oral hygiene but I finally found Doctor Venigalla I feel good after my appointments . I’m not afraid of walking in to dentistry anymore. I highly recommend my family & friends or anyone reading this.. You won’t regret it !

Yes! We opened on Tuesday August 4. We are open Monday -Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for appointments.
Yes we are now accessible. We have moved to a new location at Patriot Square in South Dennis and no longer have stairs.
Hello and thank you for your question! Ellen Jones is not open yet. Construction is complete and we are still awaiting the final approval from the state to open - we do hope to have that soon! In the meantime, you can call Ellen Jones at (508) 778-5400 and ask to be put on the wait list for Dr. Costa. Once we open, we will call everyone on the wait list to schedule. We will try to schedule as soon as possible based on urgency of the issue. If you have an emergency or urgent dental issue now, we can also help with an emergency appointment at our Hyannis location. We hope this information helps and look forward to caring for you at our new location.
Ellen Jones does do some financial aid, at least sliding scale. Go in and fill out the financial papers.
Ellen Jones is open 8 to 1 every other Saturday and harbor health in Hyannis is open 8 to 4:30 every Saturday which is the same company as Ellen Jones
We accept most insurances including MassHealth for all ages and Health Safety Net. Please ask if you are veteran to see how we can help you. We also offer assistance applying for insurance and a sliding fee scale based on income to help you get the care you need.
