I never leave reviews but this one is so deserved. Not one to openly admit this but seeing as though it’s so important to, I will. I have major dental anxiety. Had a tooth that was infected and of course had to be scheduled to get it extracted. Dr. Saunders and Chris were nothing short of amazing. They eased my anxiety so much which seriously makes such a difference. As a nurse, I know that we get busy in our procedures but it takes special kind of people to be passionate and caring to those they take care of. The procedure was fast and smooth sailing. I just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of me and making me feel comfortable! I also wanted to mention my sweet Ruth who has been cleaning my teeth since I was a little girl. She’s so gentle and sweet and amazing at what she does. Couldn’t ask for a better team! Highly recommend every single one of them ❤️

Although my appt was not until 10:40, they called me asking if I could come in earlier. I had no problem with coming in earlier but informed them it was a 30 minute drive to the office. Needless to say I finished getting dressed and grabbed what I needed and off to the office I went. When I reached Henderson Dr and Hwy 17, my cell phone rang. It was the dentist office and the woman in the other end was scolding me for being late. She hasn't paid attention to the appt book or she would have known I was trying to get there earlier. I entered into the office and questioned why I was being scolded for doing them a favor by coming in early, which happened to be only a few minutes before my original time. Of course I was wrong, and I was about to walk out when they started telling me they could still take me for my 10:20 appt. My appt was at 10:40. After going thru the exam and X-rays, the young lady who called me apologized because she called me to come in early but hadn't left them a note or message I was coming in early as I could make it. I told her it wasn't her fault. The receptionist should know the appt book and any changes no matter who made the call, set up the appt or checked clients in. The young dentist who took over the practice from my original dentist, whom I miss very much, was understanding and pleasant I will return for the work. The front desk staff needs to be on their toes because I'll be monitoring actions and attitudes. It only takes one person to ruin a name or a business. I'll be keeping these ladies in check, you can believe that one my friends. Be well.

Dr ambrose is 100% amazing. he listens. he gives great advice. he is gentle and super funny. honestly I couldn't imagine ever going to anyone else. he has turned my phobia into a thing of the past
