AVOID THIS COMPANY! They don't stand behind their work. 1. Paid with cash, didn't install for months. 2.They broke the sliding glass on one side while installing and told me that the manufacturer would be in touch!! They wouldn't replace. They didn't say who would call or when. 3. When HOA inspected door- they left out more than half the screws and secured it with decking screws not stainless steal on an ocean front sliding door. They Didn't place the Cooper pan underneath just put a ton of caulk around the bottom. 4. Scratches all over the door. 5. I have NO warranty information. 6. Every time you call, there's a different girl that answers and she has no clue of what's going on and tells you a "higher up" will call. Guess what! The door shifted during the storm last week letting water in around the door. Yet to hear from anyone and I called on Monday! Maybe this review will get their attention!

Gause Glass was contracted by my apartment complex to replace the windows in all the apartments. We were instructed to move our belongings away from our windows to allow the vendor space to work (and I did that). When I came home I found my apartment in unacceptable conditions. My children's room was a mess, my son’s crib (that was away from the window) had wood dust, insulation pieces & debris IN it, all over his blankets, pillow & stuffed animal he sleeps with & my other son’s bed was covered w/ wood dust as well. I would think being a professional company, hired to do professional work, they would have sheets, covers or tarps to prevent someone’s belongings from getting dirty or being messed up. There was also blood splatter on the wall in my children's room w/in their reach as well as on the window frame & blinds. That is a major health hazard! The vendor also cracked several of the window frames inside & made holes in the frame & left dirty hand/finger marks/smudges everywhere on the window frames & sills & had left one of the tilt wands from the blinds on the floor instead of putting it back on. This is all completely unacceptable to me & I know none of these workers from Gause Glass would be okay w/ their home being left like that!

Absolutely great experience with local life loving professionals who love what they do. Christine can look at the glassand tell you whi h one it is and the cutter wiped it out perfectly. Support lo al please they need it and we need it.
