First off NO Elevator!! Wasn't told I would have to drag my heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs, the hallways smelled bad, bullet holes in the wall, then my key didn't work, the bathroom had dead bugs in the corner by the tub, toilet seat wasn't clean nor was is tightened to the toilet, i had to clean the toilet myself and i sprayed EVERYTHING with lysol, had stains on the sheets. The door hinge looked like someone used a crowbar to get in or out. About 1am someone was wiggling our door handle. It was a nightmare!! I only stayed there because I was hours away from home and everything around there was already booked. I will never go there again!!

Right after checking in we went to check out the room and there where about 5-6 different size/color stains. The coffee machine was moldy and greasy. The jetted tub had the base tore off it and smelled like chlorine. The check in lady looked, smelled and acted like she was on crack. 0/10 do not recommend.

In all my years of traveling this has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When you walk in to the lobby to check in there were papers taped up all over the front desk divider giving all the reasons you would not be allowed to stay or could be thrown out. most of these papers were torn and the staff was in disaray. Upon arrivel at the rooms we found them dirty with broken and missing items. The out side doors were unsecure and one had a broken hinge and was hanging out over the entrance. When trying to change rooms the computer system shut down. We had places to be so we told the desk we had consolidated into one room. check us out of the room with no heat and get us another room. when we arrived back that evening, we had not been checked out nor had a room been changed. After 30 minutes of manipulating they gave us a room that had not been serviced. We then moved to another Hotel, and they had the gall to charge us for the second night.

It was awful. The pictures make it look decent....nice even... Upon arrival there were several questionable guests coming out. In our room, the shower was disgusting. There were hairs in there that weren't mine... and not from a head! The paint was peeling, there were stains on the curtains... the heater/air was very old... it was just gross. Move on to another place!
