Bad last time worse this time, last week we had one guy pre-rinse one side the other guy just stood there, today they both just stood there, no pre rinse at all, we have been going there once a week . $20 down the drain, no more.

It's closed for major maintenance. It'll be a couple weeks probably.
Lately I'm not sure what's going on, however everytime I've gone there they have been closed for "maintenance"
If you have a concern, I'd raise it with the attendant. I don't work here but I'd imagine it to be a liability issue
