Didn't offer a lesser star. I had my first appointment with Dr. Sobel the other day. My wait for my appointment was normal. But when I got to see the Dr. for my exam, I felt rushed and unimportant. She blew through my eye exam with very few if any questions of my past eye care and health. Absolutely no regard for her client! So I sourced my glasses else where. When I finally got my new glasses the strain on my eyes was so great that I cannot where them. Really didn't expect to be treated this way and do not recommend this office for any eye care what so ever!!!!!

When I had my appointment, I didn't have to wait very long at all. The Dr. and staff were very kind and curtious. I was able to get three pairs of glasses from them and have no complaints at all.
