I was becoming frustrated because I did not hear back from Rubber Flooring Inc in approximately two weeks regarding my cancellation. But, Lydia responded to me quickly and gave me excellent customer service. She was able to verify the issue and rectify it. She ensured me my order was canceled and let me know when I will receive my reimbursement. It was a pleasure working with Lydia. She is patient and quick with delivering results. Update: The absolute worst at communication, wether it's email or phone. No order shipped (12 weeks now) and no idea when they'll ship. Said it was loading in the delivery truck as we spoke and was unable to give a tracking number. Requested tracking number again and was ghosted...amazing. In the process of cancelling my order now. Good luck to you if you try to buy through this company
