A cool small business making great products. The distillery tour and tasting was incredible, the cocktails afterward were delicious. Can't wait to see what they do next. Definitely a gem.

Found this location randomly by scanning through a list of places to try out while visiting the area. The atmosphere was different, having a distillery in a warehouse/mill setup really was a cool, open atmosphere, in ways to myself at least it was a little too open feeling like a mess hall instead of a restaurant/ beer garden. Was not greeted, walked in and stood there trying to figure what was going on. Drinks were not bad, had the obvious child, which was enjoyable. Pricing was a little high but expected with location and type of environment. There's no food! Just a distillery w/ a food truck in the far back, more promotion I would suggest! Pizza was good and friendly service. Unfortunately this is not quite my scenery, if you're into hipster, modern open concept atmosphere then you will enjoy and visit often, if you prefer a more private setting, this may not be your local spot.
