We stopped into the showroom March 2022. They came to measure our kitchen April 2022. After no follow up, I called to check status (beginning of June). Received feedback that they were working on the design. Also understanding there were business related challenges, there was 0 follow up or any type of communication. This may be one negative review, but the follow up is horrendous to the point that since I called early June it is now July 24 and have not received any communication. Obviously we have moved on to a different company but please be cautious when entering into discussions. And ask the appropriate questions.

We set out in 2021 with a rather large kitchen renovation in mind. We started researching and shopping at various local companies and received several recommendations to look into Polaris Cabinets and Design. We met and worked with Jason Kuhn who was wonderful! He took our big ideas that we thought wouldn’t actually work or come in within budget and helped us make them a reality! He came up with an absolutely perfect design that fits our space and family beautifully. He was responsive and patient with my questions throughout the design process. He was on time and professional anytime we met with him. Customer service is definitely a priority. We were kept up to date with order information and delivery estimates. Delivery was on time and efficient. In the end we are left with a stunning kitchen and high quality cabinets. I highly recommend working with Polaris Cabinets and Design, you won’t regret it!!

My kitchen is beautiful and looks like it cost a lot more than it actually did. Polaris Cabinets pays attention to the details, and they are straight shooters. They gave us design ideas that no one else did and worked within our budget. I also appreciated their professional opinions and personable employees. They tore out my kitchen in one day and left no mess. Even in a time of unprecedented supply chain issues and labor shortages, my entire kitchen came together pretty fast once the cabinets arrived. The owner Jason also kept on top of communication for the duration of the project.
